No complaints, I had a very delightful stay and would love to return. The restaurant was exclusive for dinner and breakfast here, I had delightful dishes. The beds were spacious, view of the lake was pleasant! The service was fantastic and the pool was great. In addition, the parking was on site. The location was marvellous and stunning for getting around, as a ferry port was close to the hotel. I walked everywhere in Garda and bars and restaurants were very close to the place.

A top-notch and spotless room provided with storage space, balcony, as example. Beautiful and incredible location, almost on the lake. And right by restaurants, the main stream and the lakeside and main areas of activity.

Very knowledgeable staff, lovely views of the lake, everything is really good. It is in stunning location to a lakeside park, set a few steps away from the hotel. It is located a few steps away from bars and restaurants. Perfect service and the food is outstanding.

Always choose this place, no regrets. Friendly staff helped with sim cards. Perfect amenities: Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24/7 reception/security, poolside snack bar. Express check-in/out. Love coming back for New Year festivities.

Great breakfast and pool, convenient location

The breakfast selection was fantastic, with plenty of fresh fruit and delicious pastries. The pool was also a highlight of my stay, with plenty of loungers and a friendly pool bar. The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to local restaurants and shops. The staff were also quite friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning in my room was unreliable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the hotel's central location also meant that there was a lot of outside noise throughout the night, making it hard to rest.

Very comforable place and frendly staff

The annex room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting room, bedroom, and a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and always happy to help with any inquiries or bus timetables. The hotel's location in Garda was perfect, with restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. The indoor swimming pool and spa were a great bonus, and I couldn't fault the hotel at all. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return in the future.

Unbelievable location near the lake with a peaceful atmosphere. Junior suite was beyond comfortable with a fantastic balcony. Breakfast on the verandah was mind-blowing. Plenty of nearby dining options and a superb supermarket close by. Delightful hotel gardens, refreshing outdoor pool, and fantastic staff. Short walk to the ferry stop. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the added bonus of a balcony with a lake view was jaw-dropping. Breakfast was absolutely super with an extensive variety. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. The hotel's quality was outstanding, and the central Garda location was excellent. Always found a sun lounger by the never-too-busy pool. A lovely hotel in a superb location, despite the average room view. Close proximity to the lake, restaurants, and shops made it ideal. The pleasant pool area and the professional, friendly, and helpful staff added to the incredible stay. Garda was an incredible base for an unforgettable experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic although it was right on the lake and in the town it was very quiet and peaceful. We had fantastic weather so enjoyed sitting by the pool, there was never any problem getting a sun bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning in the room was not great so got very hot at night.

The hotel staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The indoor pool was quite nice as were the relaxation room and Turkish Steam bath.

Everything was spot on.

Elegant, well-kept hotel with clean, comfortable room and kind, polite staff. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was very good! The location was very close to the centre of the village, but still very quiet.

Although only 50m from the lake front, there was no lake view from the hotel or the pool. The indoor pool was not very warm and the pool area cold and underlit.
